Managers and supervisors often have to mediate or address conflicts within their setting and for that reason, more than anyone else need to be extremely in touch with what works and what doesn’t. Coaching is meant to be convenient and can be scheduled either during work hours or after. It can be done in person, over the phone or skype or a mixture of the two. Our coach will meet with your supervisor or manager to decide the extent of the challenges involved and mutually develop a plan as well as a timeline to help them reach their goals. Coaching is usually done on a one to one basis to address specific needs of that particular employee. The goal is to help them develop their conflict competencies within the work environment. Many organizations utilize these services as a preventative measure to avoid the potential for problem in the future. The coaching period can vary but it usually takes between 3-12 sessions depending on the severity of the need.
